About Us

Our education!

Jill has been training Bergen County for over 23 years.  She has her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology, with advanced education in Anatomy & Physiology, Biomechanics, Electrophysiology and Kinesiology.  She was a Cardiac Rehabilitation Intern at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.  Jill is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for Aerobics and Personal Training.
