First Class Fitness was established in 1996 by Jill Bowers-Destro, M.ED-Exercise Physiologist and Certified Personal Trainer. Jill is also a Chopra certified meditation instructor at Chopra Global, and has a true passion for helping people obtain their wellness goals of body, mind and spiritual balance.
